"Why I Am Here"
                          By Ben Bussewitz

The wind in her hair runs the sail of the boat,
I’m always twisting and turning it and our hearts,
Beat down the river, alive and in good manner,

And the vibrant breath, of one another, in the light of the reapers,
Comes the wealth of the speakers. Loud and proud,
Along to the peaceful dwellings and marching band parades,
Into the Time Square for all the yearnings and hopefuls’ serenade.
